8. Payments & Subscriptions

HappyHourTap provides the platform 'as is' and makes no warranties that happy hour information from third-party businesses is accurate or current. Always confirm hours and deals directly with the venue before visiting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyHourTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
